Pizza Hut - Coquitlam

Ordered pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Total of pieces of pepperoni and mushroom. Called in with no help. Won't come back to this location.

My mother and I dined at this restaurant for lunch today. There were only a couple of other tables occupied. It took a while for the waitress to bring us menus, and she had difficulty communicating in English. It also took her a while to return to take our order. The food arrived in a decent amount of time and was average. She eventually asked if I wanted a refill on my drink, but then never returned to our table. After waiting for some time, we had to go up to the counter to pay as no bill was brought to us. The restaurant has been around for years, but it is starting to show its age. There was a ladder blocking the handicap parking spot right outside the entrance, causing my mother to have to walk further than necessary. We left without leaving a tip and do not plan on returning.

With many options, this place delivers a great pizza. We chose meny items and were advised to make a few changes to our order, that lead to a combo, saving us a good money!!

Delivered totally wrong order. Oops. Would be another min wait. All he could do was give me a credit. I Think.

This is our home branch and we often eat here (several time per year). Usually we order the same and we are happy with it. This time we invited a large party, so we were exposed to some fundamental flaws... In addition to the unacceptable...temperature in the dining area. The pepperoni lovers (stuffed crust) pizza bread sticks were as excellent as always. Fresh, properly crispy and tasty. So the basic food would have deserved a very good Pulling the review down were a plurality of other problems. Starting from the temperature inside the restaurant: unreasonably cold. Most of us had to eat wearing our winter coats. We asked the waitress to set to a higher temperature, she asked her manager and the answer that was sent back was it is always like this If it is, can't they get somebody to fix it? One of our party was so cold she looked at the menu, spotted an alcoholic beverage and ordered it. Apparently, it was unavailable. So she looked again at the menu and asked for hot tea. Unavailable. Not a single bad of tea in the restaurant. Again, picked hot chocolate from the menu. Unavailable. Maybe a cup of hot water? Unavailable. Really?! Other than that, the regular and almost expected blunders of mixing up drinks, missing drinks and straws and bringing the salad with the dressing mixed in even though we verified up front our request for the sauce on the side was recorded made it all a weird experience. This is not how you run a buisness.
