Despite this place being primarily a store front, the kitchen does a good job making fresh food. The trick is to go their when the ribeye is freshly made, melt in your mouth goodness! The staff were very welcoming and encouraged me to try the fresh options, told me when to come back in the future as the production schedules change due to demand. Ignore the setting, get the fresh ribeye and enjoy pleasant staff to chat with. Best beef tacos in a 20-30km radius. My brother and i were craving some authentic tacos so we tried mercado for the first time. the man working at the counter was very friendly, and the food was delicious. working at a small local business myself, i can confirm that the price for quality food is so worth it! think i just found my new favourite mexican place! Ordered the Burrito Carnitas and Chicken Quesadillas. The burrito was 10/10 so delicious I could eat it everyday. The chicken quesadilla came with the salsa on the side which was excellent for my picky toddler. She ate the whole thing and loved it. We love Originals so we had high hopes for Mercado and it did not disappoint. Service: Take out Food: 5
