Bidrage med feedbackMy colleague and I witnessed an employee at the restaurant handle paper bills with gloves, only to then use the same gloves to handle cooking utensils and prepare food. The employee went on to handle the interior of take-out containers with dirty gloves, specifically the area that comes into contact with the food. The gloves were not changed and the employee did not wash their hands. When I raised my concerns, the employee was rude and laughed it off. Both my colleague and I, who had witnessed the incident, decided to leave the restaurant.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant when I inquired about the flavor of a dish and was met with rudeness from the staff member I encountered. It is disappointing to see such ignorant employees representing the business. Despite the potential quality of the food, I will not be returning due to the poor customer service I received. I did not deserve to be treated that way.
I ordered the chicken yakisoba and it was both fresh and delicious. I was craving something light and flavorful, and this dish hit the spot. The presentation was lovely, with a generous portion of sprouts, noodles, and chicken. The only downside was that the noodles were a bit too soft, possibly overcooked, and I would have liked to see more broccoli included in the dish.
I myself, together with another colleague, watched an employee handle cash (paper bills), then with the same gloves that contacted the paper money he treated with cooking utensils and began cooking food, he then treated the interior of the take-out containers with dirty gloves... about the area of the container that come into contact with the food. The gloves were never changed, the hands were never washed. I brought this to his attention and he was so rude that he laughed. I and the other customer next to me who had experienced the whole event went away.
The guy was so rude when I asked what taste was one of the dishes. Not sure how they stay in business with ignorant employees like the one I met today. Even if the food is good, I'll never know. I didn't deserve this grief.
