Something In Between - Copperas Cove

This was my first time here for a girlfriends breakfast. The chicken waffles was SOOOO delicious. Chicken was perfectly crispy. I loved it. It got busy in there.I’m so sad to see they will be closing! There was a sign on the door. I definitely would have came back here again to eat.

The pork chop with blueberry vinaigrette is amazing and really creative. You can tell they’ve got a proper chef, not just a cook. There are also some free board and card games available to play before or after your meal.

Definitely a hole in the wall. But the staff is super nice and helpful. The food is great! Big open space and I love the board games you can use. My daughter had fun and enjoyed the food!

The food was absolutely delicious! Please note, their food is made fresh, so it’s a few minutes wait time, but definitely well worth it! The wait staff couldn't remember our order, and had to return to the table a couple of times to make sure it was correct. Highly recommend that they write it down next time. There were tons of games to play and folks were having a great time. How fun!!! My only concern was the amount of flies at the front door. Then again, it's the season!! Will 100% be going back!!!!

Despite the seating/ tables feeling a little outdated I was blown away by the food. Everything is made from scratch, best potatoes and biscuits and jam I’ve ever had. Customer service was phenomenal as well. We are new to this town and we will definitely be back!!
