Two Brothers Ny Bagels - Cooper City

Used to be so good. Not sure what happened to them.the nova was sliced so thick, whitefish was super creamy. Not what it used to be.

I don’t even know where to begin I really hate writing bad reviews but I need to let the the people know what happen . Ok so , I spoke to the manager and placed my order on the phone unknowing he was the actual manager . You would think he knows what he’s doing right …WRONG . anyways i waited about 15 mins no problem and Picked up my food . I drove home I live about 25 mins away . I opened my bag and see that my order was made incorrectly . I was going to brush it off but then noticed the portion size and couldn’t believe my eyes . I order a chicken salad wrap . The amount of chicken salad in my wrap NO JOKE WAS TWO TEASPOONS . I was like this has to be a mistake . I then called the resturant and spoke to the same guy who took my order who is the manager I then explain what happen and he said he’s sorry and we came to the conclusion of refunding me and to toss the food . I then get a call back 2 mins later from the Owner explaining to me that he cannot refund me that I would have to drive back and take the food out of the trash and return it to the restaurant . I was flabbergasted . OVER $30. Not sure why the owner called me back because the conversation got nowhere. I was told one thing and then told another . After this I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN . Wishing this place the best . Thanks for the effort ? y’all need to work on customer service and PORTION SIZE . All of this over $30.00 very sad situation.

I didn't get to eat there. Google says they are open until three p, m, but the sign on the door says two p m.

My bagel was great! Unfortunately a side of sausage was $7 for 3 links. Not sure if that should be that expensive……

Overpriced! Isn't an omelette made up of eggs and cheese? There so much add on charges when you buy an omelette that's supposed to come with eggs, cheese etc. the manager asked me what kind of eggs and cheese I said regular eggs and any cheese. Didn't know that's an add on charge!! Then I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese got a dried bagel toasted no cream cheese. When I called the manager said that bagel came with the omelette she didn't get my order for the toasted bagel cream cheese. Then my egg cheese on a roll was egg and avocado. I'm sure I was charged for that too! Make sure you check your bill. And the prices online is less than the actual place it's way more, so look out for that too. The female manager was no help to resolve this. This place is way overpriced! I payed $35 for an omelette and eggs and cheese in a roll! Rip off
