Always excellent and delicious, I am regularly in this place... great menu choice for breakfast or lunch. Friendly and attentive staff. highly recommended. Delicious steakries and delicious bagels! The photo shows a pastrami sandwich.

Such service! Service only surpassed by their Whitefish salad! Mmmmmmmm! I came to Plaza at 9:59 and Publix didn't let me in. After an 8-hour shift, I was hungry and not looking forward to McDonalds. I noticed Family Bagels Lichter, and was surprised that they were open. They weren't. I went in and was greeted by her AMAZING cleaning team. They explained they were closed, but if I wanted something from the cold case, they would HAPPY to help!!! Thank you. The Sesam Bagels and the White Fish Salad were DELICIOUS, still fresh, and as apologetic as I felt very welcome. The cashier had to open again and then close the register (she was so nice), and the Lord who set up the DELICIOUS white fish thanked me for entering – remember, they were closed. I have breakfast twice before and always order the white fish. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the rule here. I hope I tipped enough. You have a customer for life! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The food here is amazing, it is really a good quality food. But take into account that this place never takes correct commands. I never got an order here. Every time you get out of here, make sure you open every box completely before you go. Every time this restaurant makes a mistake on your order, they are fully responsive/responsible and make sure to change your order or fix the problem. As I said, so delicious food they serve here with amazing staff, but if you order, make sure that they read the order again and make sure to check every box before you go. The employee here is so friendly and genuine and really takes care of your experience with them, which is why the instance of multiple picking orders wrong I always return.

Love this place! The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. I have been in this facility since Strathmores, the last (Big Bite) and now Long Island customer. I feel like the owners and quality of food never changes. A little recommendation... bring back the regular unsweetened tea! Other than that, customer for life!

Best home fries i ever ate. Geat bagels. Great corned beef hash. Excellent coffee. My eggs were cooked perfectly. Service was fantastic. Everyone in place treated us well.
