Texas Roadhouse - Coon Rapids

I would not recommend this location. The woman at the counter was rude. We tried to order a couple things and were told they did not have the ingredients. (That 's fine, no problem . We were also told our order didn 't come with rice. However, when we pointed to the words on the menu that read: comes with white rice . Her reply was: yeah, they write all kinds of stuff on there. ???

We were there Saturday during the dinner rush and ate in. There was only one person working beside the cook in the back. Most of the their business is coming from carryout and delivery from what we could tell, the phone was constantly ringing and quite a few people came in to pick up their food. I didn't get my rice that was supposed to come with my entree and we didn't get our appetizers until well after we already got our entrees, we asked for no shrimp in our spring rolls but they came with it anyway so we asked for that to be taken off the bill and sent it back. The server was nice but it was just not the greatest service during the dinner rush with one person doing the job of at least 3 people. Food was decent, but I wouldn't go back.

Food and service was amazing as always! Highly recommend. Prices are extremely reasonable. The only downside was that we were told the wait would be about 5 minutes which turned into 45. MAKE SURE you call or go online and get on the wait list. Especially on the weekends. Bring something to entertain yourself, with the covid restrictions you'll need to wait in your car until they can seat you. And peanuts are currently on hold, but there's plenty of that warm, delicious bread! I recommend the steak and ribs combo. My absolute favorite.

Dirty. Food was average. Egg rolls are NOT that good. Service poor. Would I return? No way I've had a lot of egg foo young but never this bad terrible

This place is horrible...bad tasting food and and over priced for what you are getting I usually go to New Mandarin just a mile away but they aren't open on Mondays So this is my only option so I looked him up on the website call them put the order in drove there to realize that the Coon Rapids location is closed even though Google says it's open and their phone number must forward to the Anoka location If you're going to close one location let Google know and make sure when customers order on the phone they know what location ordering from
