Panera Bread - Coon Rapids

This place was earlier top notch, but the last few years it gets worse and worse. we order almost weekly for our lunch at work and it got so bad that we started picking up so we could check whether it was right and/or nothing was missing. even this has become frustrating because it takes forever when they have messed up the order! the last stray is today when we come there and they (again) do not lay salat in our warm bowls. then they gave me a side of arugula and when we came to the house and opened the container, the salat was penetrated so that I felt it and then came the smell! it was not wet to wash it, it was wet to be rotted! it smells like feces! and to cover it, it was already on my bowl and it was covered in others! So we couldn't even eat them because they both had a lazy arugula on them! my last warm bowl that I got had no rugula and I was crazy, but now maybe it was a blessing in cladding! corporate will get a call from me this week because lazy salat can cause diseases and there is no excuse that besides extreme naivety and/or training that does not exist! they had to smell it too! I had wet slimy green mud on my hand to touch it in the container! not acceptable!

The manager here is absolutely terrible! she treats her employees awfully and is a narcissist. Even if they served the best food in the world, I wouldn't give them my thing for her. boycott at all costs!

Recently had operations and I love panera suppe for a swallow to eat. today I was delivered another suppe, then I ordered when I called, they quickly fixed the problem and sent out the right order and went over and beyond. thanks!

I awarded a second star only because in general the food has been good when I've actually been able to get it. I've left without making a purchase on last two visits, and I can't see going back to this location again as a result. They just don't seem sufficiently staffed to get to customers waiting to order. Experience might be better using drive-thru or ordering online for pickup, but anyone considering a drop-in for lunch particularly if on limited time would be better served elsewhere. I like Panera's food so disappointed to give up on the place.

With the exception of my employment experience back in 2001 when they were first starting, I think Panera is Pretty awesome, their employees just maybe need a little more Team Cohesiveness and less High School Gossip, which can be said about 97% of Employment places these days as people just listen to anybody without actually verification of proof, and just hop on people because they might be listening to Human Slavery supporters who are losing out on their Meal Tickets that they make homeless and keep homeless and then when you aren 't doing anything wrong just waiting for that first cup of coffee in the morning from people who have never experienced actual homelessness it 's easy to make snap judgements or decisions that affect people very negatively and puts the word out to the community that the person must have done something wrong when they didn 't DO anything, Maybe people should be grateful for the blessings they have and leave those who are being crapped on alone as I was leaving everyone alone when I was there.
