Chipotle Mexican Grill - Coon Rapids

Lmaoo if i could give this place a zero stars i would cus the food was entirely drenched in lemon. i want a refund of my money. i ended up throwing away the whole thing cus i couldnt drive back to refund it, and even if i did, the food was drenched with lemon so it all wouldve tasted the same. i want a refund of my money or something. the app wasnt allowing me to speak to anyone to get a refund.

One employee made this particular experience unsatisfactory. My bowl was not made with thought, I watched as she carelessly scooped rice, beans, meats and toppings making my bowl very unsatisfactory. I have stopped ordering online due to my bowls looking similar to the one I received today and was not pleased that my bowl turned out the way it did. A family member who also got served by this lady watched her spill guac in the lettuce and proceeded to shush my family member. This employee in particular made my experience horrible however a different family member got served by Roy (name on receipt) made a perfectly packed a burrito and absolutely made my fathers day! Incase his name is not Roy, he is the red head wearing a black baseball cap.

Somewhat of a coin flip at this location but the food is good most of the time.Cons: They like to lock the doors early, serving size should be better, customer service could use some work, its very messy at times, and online takeout prioritizing can be annoying.I gave 3/5 stars because when the food is good thats all that matters to me. But there has been times when the chicken is burnt and its horrible.

Dry Carnitas, loud music from the kitchen that drowned out the lobby music (gotta listen to both Mexican music and Anaconda Ave Nikki Minaj at the same time) credit cards were down, long line if online orders before we could order... I swear the only bad reviews I have on Google are from different Chipotles. I really need to stop giving them chances to have a consistent product. Find a Qdoba and enjoy the free queso and guac...
