Buffalo Wild Wings - Coon Rapids

Have always like BW3. Enjoy going for a quick lunch of dinner with family. Food is always good. I dont like the new hip way they are serving the food on the cookie trays. The old way in the baskets worked and looked good.

Coor Rapids MN BWW was horrible this evening. Wednesday July 28, 2021. Parking was great as no one was really eating inside. We were sat in the bar, as requested. Server came over got drinks then took appetizer order. Came back in a bit for remainder of the order. We waited and waited. When asked the server, the excuse was that take out service is very busy. 2nd time we asked, not long after the appetizer and my son's dinner showed up. My 3 small tacos, only tortilla, meat, bbq sauce and a vit of cheese, took another 10+ minutes. See picture, the pile on the top right is all fat from the brisket. I've eaten brisket before. At least trim some of the fat cap before chopping it up. Super greasy and over half of the brisket was dried out, sitting in the warmer too long? Once my meal appeared, I mentioned the long to wait to another server and she walked away from me mid sentence. There were plenty of servers wandering around. No manager came to check on anything. Our server only checked in 1 other time after my meal finally appeared. Then she pretty much ignored us. Not even, hey we can give you a discount for the long wait. When we left the inside eating area wasn't even a third full. From the looks of the reviews, not much for happy customers lately. Maybe corporate needs to do something other than apologize and claim they will talk to the team. If I would have read the reviews 1st, I would have went somewhere else. Needless to say we won't be going there again and would rather give our business to a local wings bar.

Very disappointed. Paid 8.00 for a lemonade sour because there was definitely NO liquor in the long Island I ordered. Many people in my party but I got my order 1st and finally after 20 minutes we had to ask the server for the rest of our parties order. She brought it out and it was cold and you could tell it was sitting for awhile because the sauce on the wings was super baked in and dry. You could tell it was sitting under the lights. The order was still not complete and it took another 15 minutes to get the potatoes that were ordered. The server was quick to blame the kitchen for the issues but it really is the servers job to make sure the customers are happy. I don't think I will go back to this location. Not the 1st time not satisfied.

Great monthly beer specials! New chicken sandwich was a delicious, large, very crispy fillet. However, the breading could have used more seasonings. Our server Kody, did an excellent job of bending some elbows to make my meal more diabetic friendly by allowing me to have coleslaw instead of fries. Really went out of the way to insure we had good experience. Wings were great, as always. Big standout here was the Smoked Brisket Tacos. WOW, full of smoky flavor and we LOVED the crispy, chewy end pieces scattered in the filling. Outstanding textural differences. Would definitely go back!

Very high prices, long wait time (40 minutes when told 25-30). Pretzel bites were overcooked and dry. Only got 14 boneless wings instead of 15 as ordered. Wings were a mix of normal sized and very tiny scraps of chicken. Here are two of the wings . Would not return based on this experience.
