The order and table service was very bad today. table for 6 people, all meals were ordered at the same time 12.24pm. 2 meal times arrived wisely, then 10 minutes wait for a child's meal, then another 10 minutes wait for the remaining 3 meal times (the first meal were finished.)

Great family dinner for the thirteenth birthday of my sohnes kinder love eating and service is always good. youngs ordered parmi and ripen and my pigeon bauchsalat was great. simple evening dinner event that is convenient for us

Don't waste your money and try a different restaurant. We ordered the fish and chips, the black bean salad, and beer for $62. The portion size of the fish was disappointingly small and not what was shown on the online ordering app. The black bean salad was more like a soup, with too much dressing that made everything soggy. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The beer tasted stale, which was unexpected.

The system is terrible. we arrived and our older guests asked for menus because they don't have smartphones, what they need here to view the menu points and order. the waitress said that they have in the rule an ipad...to see, but it was not accused, so she advised, she will check if they have any menus, but then never returned. we managed to order food from the system and had to wait almost and hour until it arrives. steak sandwich was soggy, the crispy barramundi was not crispy and the $52 steaks were not cooked as ordered! will not go back. they need to pick up their game when it comes to service!

We were a group of nine people who attended the Christmas Lunch at Coolum Beach Hotel in 2022, with ages ranging from kids to seniors. We received a warm welcome and were delighted by the delicious variety of food offered. There was something to satisfy every taste and dietary need. The layout of the event was impressive, the food was exceptional, and even Santa made an appearance. We all agreed that this would be a new tradition for us to celebrate annually.
