Imperial Meats - Cookstown

I don't usually make any reviews, but I was so disappointed. we went there at 6:40 Thursday 11. march, sign said open until 7, and the doors were already locked and two female workers totally ignored the door.

A lot of meat items, but closes, most Italian based, what does that mean? is that the meat salty, but I had a sandwich and enjoyed it, the little one was quite big. was ok, but nothing to die for

I attempted to purchase some cured meat from this restaurant. I chose the package I wanted, but when I went to pay, none of the five girls working behind the counter even acknowledged my presence. It was a terrible display of care and customer service. Employees like that should not be allowed to work in a store or any service industry, as they clearly have little interest in making the store look good or providing good service. They were too caught up in themselves and failed miserably at providing proper customer service.

Here I am at Cookstown mall again this is the third time in a row that they do not have any hot food to serve because the mall is closing in an hour.

I used to live nearby and would go to this restaurant at least once a week. Even though I've moved away, I always make a point to stop here whenever I'm in town! My favorite dish is the prosciutto, and I also love their fresh pastries and cheesecakes. You should definitely give this place a try.
