Persis Indian Grill - Cookeville

I had a meal of persis on the WOW Festival of ttu. I usually don't make any reviews, but I have to for this. my man usually refuses to eat Indian food with me (he only doesn't know what to order) but we both tried the buttered huh, white rice and a kind of rice with sweet. I liked all Indian foods I tried, but this one was facing me. it was very creamy and savory, and was perfect as it was a cold day. I can't talk for the buffet because I haven't tried yet, but we're planning to try a little of everything soon! so far we had only great experiences! highly recommended!

Have ordered a boneless chicken biriyani, biriyani is good..but no egg. No salan, just a little raita,,. Travelled across America, had food from so many Indian restaurants.. very few restaurants serve in container like this… even the raita is not enough for 1/4 of this biriyani… owners must consider the price everything… saying this as a former curry chef….

Its ok pay for delivery, food is so good. Very friendly owner and staff. I ordered biryani and onion pakora yesterday. It was so good.Thank u.

Great atmosphere. Chef come out and spoke to us. Quite possibly the most flavorful food I have ever eaten in my life, it was wonderful.

We tried the lunch buffet on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was very clean. There were a lot of options on the buffet. I'd say it was the best Indian Buffet I've ever had. Everything tasted amazing! I will definitely be going back! The butter chicken was my favorite!
