Ihop - Cookeville

These people did not have my order ready on time or even relevantly close to the time and I was running a taxi outside running into my bill up so I cancel my order and they will not issue a refund now I say they can't they are not authorized the issue refunds on online orders but really this is just a reflection of their service the day that I was there this place needs a complete staff replacement if you've wondered why the business is lagging this is why

I don’t believe a single person in that place cares the food was horrible the service was terrible the. order we had was fixed three different times the tables and benches need fixed I will not eat there again

This place totally sucked they stood around and chit-chatting with each other while the time for my order to be done came and went, I had a newborn outside running the clock and the money meter. Even though they were informed of this delicate situation they continue to drag their feet and make me wait well past the designated time for pickup. And then demanded that I get a refund and tell them I did not want to order any more they pleaded that there were only two or three French toast left to cook and then I could just have to order now it was almost in its entirety. These people are ridiculous, do you think every other people's time is a joke. I'm sure they're just trying to pass the time so they can get off and do unproductive things. Please issue my refund!

Everything they brought to my table the last 2 times I have been there were cold. Who wants cold pancakes or cold gravy with a cold biscuit and cold scrambled eggs or cold bacon. Even the syrup was cold and the butter wouldn't even melt, one cold glob of butter on top of cold pancakes. If I ever go again I'll take me a small toaster oven or even a micro wave.AND PRICES WERE SKY HIGH FOR COLD FOODYUCK.

Only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option! We were not greeted or sat for almost 15 minutes, and there was no crowd or line. Once seated, no one came to get our drink or appetizer order. We had to yell into the kitchen for random staff. Still have no clue who our waitress was. Appetizer was fast and did taste food. However. When they brought our food out, a Roach bug crawled across the table onto my daughters arm!! As we all jumped up, the staff came back and simply asked us if we wanted to move. One wrestled the bug off of my package plate as the other staff squished it on the table in front of us. No thanks!! We left as we got a half mumbled apology and a smirk. Gross.
