O'charley's - Conyers

Had dinner here this past week with my mom.. And I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful meal and for the exceptional service we received from a young lady named Taylor.. This gal never kept us waiting and made sure we were well taken care of..Its very rare these days to get to experience both at a restaurant anymore!! So again, thank you O'charley's and Taylor for a wonderful dinner experience..

Oooo O'Charley's smh. Many years ago when I was a teenager I remember loving your food, but man how far you have fallen since then. I haven't had your food in years but, I recently decided to give it another try. Big mistake! I ordered the potato soup which use to be my favorite), and the honey fried chicken w/ mashed sweet potatoes. It was all gross. The soup was too salty, the chicken had an odd vinegar taste and the sweet potatoes were bland. Even your famous bread sucked. I don't know what changed over the years but please hang up your chefs hat. Farewell.

We were there from 5:30 to 7:30 tonight (June 20,2023) with friends. I ordered the pork chops, baked potato and broccoli. The pork chops were terrible. I couldn't eat them. Gave my husband one and he couldn't eat. A friend got the shrimp, scallop etc. He said it was good. We waited a long time for our food. I told our waitress to tell her manager that the pork chops were terrible and I couldn't eat. They didn't offer to replace or take off bill. We used to go here every weekend. They don't value their customers anymore.

Since a lot of the O'Charley's closed in Indy, and this location was ultra-convenient, we decided to have an early dinner here. The restaurant wasn't super crowded but had a decent amount of customers. As a party of 6, we were seated quickly. Our server quickly arrived to take our drink orders and queued up waters. The food was good and the service was great for our party and it sure did make us miss having a conveniently located O'Charley's in Indy.

I ordered potato soup, fried shrimp, and some spinach dip for lunch. The soup was super salty. The dip was cold. When I dug a yeast roll out of the bag, I discovered that someone had already taken a big bite out of it. Disgusting!
