Lovely pub and the most wonderful friendly service. Food was delicious. Costs a little more than other nearby establishments around the Towyn area but worth every penny. Highly recommend to anyone looking at treating themselves to a real nice meal. Staff were amazing too.

After a period of nearly 2 years we had our first pub grub. We were actually on our way to get a fish and chip takeaway from a chippy in Llandudno but saw a sign from the A55 to Saint George this reminded us of a pub we used to visit nearly 30 years ago. We couldn't remember the name and wondered if it still existed so we went to have a look! As part of our great escape from the restrictions of covid we had a lunch time meal here. This place was such a treat fortunately the sun was shining and the weather was hot. Having been locked in for such a long time we were able to sit outside at suitably physically distanced tables. We had a lovely meal and some very decent beer and wine. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, making a major fuss of the dog with treats and hugs (as shown in one of the pictures). We will return. xxx
