Kawaii Boba House - Conway

The guy who was making the drinks needs his attitude adjusted. The drinks there are delicious but I won’t be going back to this location. Don’t be rude to your customers!!!

Always have really good service here. Both locations are great. Highly recommend. Never had bad customer service either. Super friendly atmosphere for fellow boba lovers.

The drinks taste really good. But they got my order wrong and i tried to tell them that it was wrong. and then he snatched up my drink and went and trash talked me to his coworkers. He said “if i wasn’t christian then i woulda slapped the heck outa her” the staff is rude . They made me feel bad for telling them my drink was made wrong.

My Bf, friends and I all love coming here the art they diaplay is always nice, its atmosphere is bright and pretty. The staff is super friendly. Love love love!~Kid-friendliness: I come in and almost always see at least a few kids with parents enjoying either icecream or bobas or a bit of a few things and its always super sweet to see!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp from the parking lot right out front, super convenient!
