Church's Texas Chicken - Converse

Long story short they forgot our biscuits. Wen we called manager Maria was super rude and super hostile . She clearly didn’t want to replace what they had missed and didnt care. Horrible experience.. bad customer service and the worst part .. no biscuits

They got my order all wrong and charged me double the price, had to walk in to get it adjusted lol. Chicken is good though.

This place is dusty and needs an upgrade. Lol It's been there since I was in highschool (26 yrs) I'm sure longer, but they have good service and good crispy chicken. They never disappoint the chicken is always crispy and the honey biscuits are on point with a side of mashed potatoes w/gravy.

Very rude employees. If you hate your job don't work there. We went through the drive thru and the person taking our order had an attitude for everything and when we asked about spicy chicken they said they didn't have any. We asked how long the wait was and he said 40 minutes. He sounded so irritated for no reason. We got to the window to pay and the girl had such an ugly attitude as well. We got home and our order was missing a few items. Now I remember why I never go to this church's.

We dine in for a quick lunch at Church's. This location the chicken and French fries are great, but today the chicken and fries weren't as fresh as before. They were a bit soaked in oil. The seating area was very clean. We'll try again next month and see if the food is better. I will post my second chance review at that time.
