Aguas Blancas - Constanza

Really good domestic food. Even the wine accompanied was really delicious. Friendly service and fast delivery.

Small and cozy restaurant. The food was good, serving generously and quickly. Strawberry juice is a must. It is delicious, infertile fresh and tasteful. Our server was very attentive and polite. The prices are fair. I recommend this place if you happen to eat in Constanza in search of a beautiful place.

Vegetable soup was delicious, recommend NOT adding chicken, it did not fare well in the soup my companion had Sancocho and loved it for drinks, ordered Chinola, it was perfectly refreshing. Coffee service was delightful, poured with a smile at the table, heated coffee pot, creamer, sugar loved it. Strawberries are grown here, decided to try the strawberry flan, while the presentation was enticing, consistency was a little spongy for me.

Nice rustic ambience, attentive and efficient wait staff. The house sancocho was tasty and hot. My companions chicken vegetable soup had a good flavor and plenty of veggies. However the chicken was stringy and gamey tasting. Skip the strawberry flan. It sounded good on the menu and had a delight artistic presentation. However the texture was spongy and it lacked flavor of any kind. Café con leche had a weird taste. They had various forms of goat on the menu but I didn't try any. Worth a visit if you are in Constanza.

Pleasant interior, good menu and service is also generally good. Within Constanza itself, this is one of the 3 best places to eat; clean, fresh and tasty. Generally not full except perhaps on a Saturday night or the more important holiday periods.
