Wingstop - Conroe

I had to write a review because we tried this place in a targeted way, after we were on Sawdust Rd with the one closest to us. The guy who greeted us was kind. I put the order on the line and it was done in time. Everything was right and no complaints about the food. I went on Monday and place was empty.

The customer service during lunch was excellent! I was greeted immediately upon arrival by two friendly men who did a great job. The food was fresh, and I was impressed by how clean the bathroom and facilities were. I will definitely be returning!

The delivery service at this restaurant can be hit or miss due to using a third party, but the staff is extremely helpful when issues arise. I had a driver steal part of my order and when I called, Q was very helpful and accommodating. Their customer service deserves 5 stars, especially considering the late hour when the incident occurred. I will definitely return, but maybe just for pick-up orders. Thanks, Q!

I want to start by mentioning the young girl who assisted me - she was extremely helpful and I really appreciated how she double-checked my order before I paid. It's rare to find such dedicated employees, and I hope she is rewarded for her great service. As someone who works in a hospital, this was my first visit to this restaurant but I will definitely be coming back. I ordered 30 wings, large drumsticks, and a big serving of Cajun Corn, all of which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. However, I do have two minor criticisms: some of the drumsticks were smaller than expected, and I absolutely loved the Cajun Corn but wish it was a bit larger or offered on the cob.

I’ve never really had a bad experience. I love their ranch and fries and tenders. Just check your bag before you leave so you won’t be like some of the reviewers.
