Whataburger - Conroe

Every time we ordere food from them on DoorDash they always miss something, literally every single time we’re left without fries, this last time we didn’t receive 4 large fries.

Every time I come when Katherine works I always get my order wrong. I order the number 20 with no cheese meal with regular fries. Last time she gave me my taquito with chesse and today she didn't give me fries. She needs to start repeating orders and ensure she is getting the order right. Is always a hassle when she works. Can't enjoy my meal !

I'm not sure what was going on in this Whataburger this afternoon, but I was extremely frustrated watching employees stand around chatting while I stood at counter waiting to place my order. As I waited for my order, which was a to go order, watching employees in the dining area chatting and being extremely loud, I became more frustrated as the length of time it was taking to get my order. The restaurant was not busy at all either, so this was not a case of extremely busy helping other customers.

I if wanted condiments and asked for ketchup and didn’t receive it.

This location has always been good about their food quality and temp and the workers are actually really nice as well at the qindow and when inside. Big improvements from years ago when the staff was not very friendly..
