Bidrage med feedbackAs soon as we walked in the door, we had the worst experience. No greeting, stood there forever to be acknowledged (there was no one else waiting), where seated to a soaking wet table, had to move to a different one. Sat there for 15 min before being asked what we wanted to drink. Got coffee, asked for creamer, by the time it finally came, my coffee was cold. I ordered eggs Benedict. The ham on it was solid white (all fat) disgusting. Oh, and no silverware to eat with. I had to walk up front to ask for some and then it was never brought to me. I actually had to ask another couple sitting behind us for their 's. By then my food was cold. They never brought my husband his waffle. They never checked on us the whole time. We were over it, and I had to again walk up front to ask for the check. When it was brought they charged me for the waffle we never received. So again, I had to walk up front to find our waitress. Her back was turned to me and the chef was asking her who 's waffle was sitting there waiting to be brought out? I said I believe that was ours that was never given to us, and we were charged for it . The waitress did not even feel bad about it. She fixed our bill and then we walked up front to pay. An older gentleman just held his hand out for the money saying nothing. I have never had such a horrible experience anywhere in my life before this place. We will NEVER come back. We could see the other customers having the same experience. Very sad to want to enjoy a nice Sunday breakfast and be let down so bad.
My husband picked up biscuits and gravy for himself, and fried hard eggs, bacon and potatoes for me. He could not eat his biscuits and gravy because the meat in the gravy was RAW. It was BRIGHT PINK when he cut into it. My eggs weren’t cooked right, and the potatoes tasted like dirty grease. We called the restaurant about the gravy, didn’t even care about the other things, and the woman said we would have to call back later to tell her manager. I said but y’all are gonna get people sick. They did not care. This gravy should not have been served like this. Waiting until 1pm to tell a manager gets many others sick, this isn’t okay! We also found out that it’s ground beef in the gravy and not sausage. Doesn’t matter, it needs to be fully cooked before serving!
Upon arrival the place was not as busy as it was last year. Yet we still waited over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. Greeted by a buss boy who I couldn't understand a word he said. Everytime he walked past our table he needed to hike up his falling off pants. Ordered food got some of it. Some never came.waited for silverware after receiving food. Asked if we wanted refills on drinks then never came back. Then our neighbors table had a gift card or something and they told them it was fake. The manager lady or owner handled it in one of the most unprofessional manners that I've ever seen. They proudly brought a bill for an order that was partial filled but fully billed.went to pay and an older man takes the bill and sticks his hand out. Doesn't say total or anything. I wont go back just based on how that lady spoke to the customer.
Came to this southern breakfast place and I got food poisoning from the hummus. I don’t know if it’s not freshly made or if they had it out for a while but, I had to go to the doctor from throwing up and feeling so sick. Besides that the staff looked stressed and it took a while to get their attention. Would not recommend. Better safe than sorry go to Dennys down the road.
The owner John is a douchebag and should not work with the public! The restaurant is filthy with dust and bugs on the windowsills. The tables are beyond sticky! It also seems like their AC doesn’t work or more likely the owner is too cheap to turn it on! The owner and his staff were sweating like pigs serving food and drinks…it was quite disgusting!! My food was pretty good. I got a cup of coffee…never once had a refill. I had to ask multiple times for a glass of water…never got a refill. I asked twice for hot sauce for my eggs…never arrived. I mentioned to the owner about the poor service and he said “I told you when you sat down we were short staffed like all the restaurants are right now”…how is that MY PROBLEM, John? I was a paying customer in your business…I don’t want to hear excuses you sweaty pig!! As I left I asked his name and he said “why”…I wanted to know the name of the sweaty, arrogant, rude, and clueless old bas^ard so I can add it to this review…I will never go back!!!
