Bidrage med feedbackVisited a week ago. The food was tasty as usual, but the service left a lot to be desired; our party of six had one member ignored during orders, his salad was forgotten (albeit quickly remedied), and a different member's entrée came out after most of the table was already done eating. Other party members recalled service being much better in the past, so there was some disappointment at our table. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not exactly good, either.
First time to Macaroni Grill. Had Shrimp Portofino, Mom's Ricotta Meatballs and Spaghetti, side of Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Tiramisu for dessert. Main dishes were very good, including meat and the sauces. Brussels sprouts tasted good but seemed a little burned. Complimentary bread was soft and good but had a dust of salt on top; I think we would've liked it without salt better. Tiramisu was excellent. Service was great and atmosphere was good. Came here in part because my wife saw Macaroni Grill mentioned in a recent movie. It seems this is the only location in the Houston area; glad we came here.
