Extreme Teriyaki At Cascade Crossing

The food is delicious and the cooks are awesome with the seasonings!!!!

Standard teriyaki with some upscale touches. I had the chicken teriyaki bento box, which came with 4 california rolls two sides. I chose a chicken eggroll shrimp tempura for my sides. The food tasted fresh, I wasn't able to finish all of it. Notbad for $11.

As much as I have eaten from here I didn?t have a good experience today. I found a piece of hair in my food once I got home and started eating. And once I found the hair I immediately called. Once I got there after calling to get my order ?remade? Iimmediately noticed the cooks beard hanging from under his mask which seems to be the same length as the piece of hair I found.I work in the food industry so I get it, things happen sometimes. So I tried to be discreet about it and the lady act like shedidn?t know what I was talking about at first and tried to recharge me for my meal and then only remade partial of what Iordered. When I asked if I could get my whole meal redone which was only a hibachi plate and dumplings she proceeded to say thatshe couldn?t honor my full meal because there wasn?t a manager there. I didn?t appreciate the young lady?s nonchalant anddismissive demeanor especially when I have to inconvenience myself in mid day traffic to come back to get food that shouldn?thave had hair in it in the first place. I hope that there is a system that is put in place so that customers can be appreciatedwithout being brushed off as if someone is trying to get over. I really just wanted my meal redone and to have let that be that.

Salmon and shrimp teriyaki was the best. Please if you get something from here, get yum yum sauce.

Walked in about 10 minutes after they opened and the place was dirty which means they didn?t clean the night before or that morning. Didn?t notice until after I ordered and sat down. Food looked good and tasted good as well but got home and there wasa piece of metal like something in the hibachi. Looks like maybe something off the brush used to clean the grill. They need agood cleaning, food overall tastes good though. Wouldn?t order again unless I seen that it was cleaned.
