Erin in drive thru was incredible! Super knowledgeable and helpful I was grateful for her to be able to be here to help me!! Will return because of her and the service we received! She was so calm and nice the entire time as well.

I got a pick up order of the Nova Lox Brunch Special. When I went to pick it up, the service was quick and friendly, and the establishment was relatively clean. Unfortunately, my meal was missing the hash brown, and the muffin was a squashed sad looking (chocolate? muffin. Dining in would probably be a better idea.
