Giovanni's Pizza Pasta - Concord

Never eat before. We live South of Charlotte, but we visit friends. We should have taken their advice if they said they'd hire Dominos and never go here. I have Ziti and a side salad. With this kind of branch I would expect homemade ranch. It wasn't and it was terrible. The Ziti was decent. I'm very simple. Too much sauce. Not enough noodles. Husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. There were no buffalo sauce on the patty. The chicken patty was just a frozen patty that reminded me of the chicken sandwiches that they serve for school meals. It was SWIMMING in Ranch Dressing at the point where bread was soggy in the 4 minute drive it takes to get to her house. It was terrible. Never again.

I called there to try this restaurant yesterday afternoon and ordered a big meat lover? Pizza, a medium-sized paprika pizza and 12 mild boneless wings. I was told that I had to pay over the phone so that they had my order ready until the time I arrived, what I found strange. Do people call food and don't order them? If that happens, I might know why now. The food was not good, and that comes from someone who never thought pizza could be bad. The boneless wings were not good either. This is something that might be eaten out of despair if you starve, but otherwise is wasted like ours. I have a recommendation to Rosario for the next time that I want to try another restaurant. Also a large pizza, medium pizza and 12 wings came to $51. At the price, I thought it was good. I was wrong.

I tried to deliver a pizza and one of the managers I suspect was upset that I asked how long I should be ready for the meal. he started yelling at me that I would get a phone call if I was ready. Since we don't earn money while I waited for it, I just explained it and it was said that we're going to the street. When I explained that there was no reason to be so rude, this manager started charging and I screamed to go and NIE came back. I will certainly give this request and recommend to everyone, as he says, and NIE will go there.

Hi! I just ordered a Spaghetti and Meatsauce platter! Now the food was great until I came upon a blonde hair in my food. Now I'm not sure if they wear nets in there but they sure do need to, because there is no reason I can't enjoy a meal without finding a hair in it! I read the reviews on here and most of them were great so I was shocked that this happened honestly. The garlic bread and most of the meal was great, but like I stated before the only bad part was the blonde hair which made me throw it all away. I would like a refund because no one should have to worry about hairs or any other particals in their food like I did! That's all I have to say , WEAR HAIR NETS OR SOMETHING! Thank you!

Dining room is closed. Food is delicious. A little pricey but the food is worth the the cost. My first time eating at Giovanni and it will not be my last. Staff is friendly and professional. Restaurant is clean inside and outside. If you have the extra money and you love Italian food try Giovanni's. Trust me you won't regret it. Enjoy
