Fusion Bistro - Concord

Servers were very attentive. I never had to ask for a refill or even call my server when I was ready to order. It's almost like they knew I was ready to call her. The servers always assured that I had everything I needed and had a great time. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great culinary experience and attracts for a great price!

Service was on point food was great, except needed more meat with the ramen noodles. Otherwise I can taste the authentic Chinese Taiwanese flavors because I am from there. You need to know how the Taiwanese flavors are and is an acquired taste. Ppl, who do not taste the authentic seasons of Taiwan... they do not know what they are missing.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time and had a pleasant experience. Most dishes are family style, so this is a good place for family meals. We made the garlic grains and the crab rice. Both were excellent. However, the service was disappointing. It was early on a Saturday night and there was only us and another table of two. The waitress was nice enough to explain how the menu worked for us, but we rarely saw them. I had to raise my hand to put her or a bus boy to service three times. No one ever came by and said how are you? Would you like another glass of wine? or can I get you something? At any time for the hour we were there not more than three tables ever filled, so it was definitely not busy. It was also hot and stuffed in place. On a 90-degree-concord day, they might want to consider turning the air conditioning much earlier. Overall: We enjoyed the food and plan to return at some point.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious, but I felt that there could have been more meat with the ramen noodles. Despite this, I could still taste the authentic Chinese Taiwanese flavors, as I am from Taiwan myself. Taiwanese flavors have a unique and acquired taste that some may not appreciate if they have not tried authentic Taiwanese seasonings. Overall, the restaurant captured the essence of Taiwanese cuisine well.
