Dunkin' Dd - Concord

Went to dunkin donuts on Labor day, they were open, and lots of people working, but I was early, so line wasn't bad. Plenty of donuts to choose from, but no old fashioned. That's ok, the French one looks good. They have breakfast sandwiches, I got the maple bacon, it was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I also got a macchiato, and added Carmel to it, pretty good coffee, if you like sweet coffee. Place is clean, of course, being new. Parking lot wasn't too bad. They have a restroom, but I didn't go in. Looks good.

The New Dunkin is open! This new layout of the store is open and friendly and they have a new coldbrew on tap system. The franchise owner is an area native and super friendly. The whole staff is upbeat and friendly as well. The drive through here is easy to get into. While you can turn left out of parking lot, it is probably best to go down to light before heading back up clayton rd especially during high traffic times. I will be back.... Alot.

Manager and staff today were really nice and accommodating. Appreciate the manager today wearing black polo and grey pants.Food: 5/5

If you turned down the music the employees would be able to hear the orders then give us the correct food items . Music is VERY LOUD inside.Food: 2/5
