Mr. Greek - Concord

I had the Greek salad and chicken dish at this restaurant. The chicken appeared to be extremely overcooked and smashed, while the salad was served in a small breakfast bowl. I spent 25 dollars on this meal, but I have to say it was not worth it. I found it ironic that the restaurant claims they care about customer feedback and even sent me an email, so I decided to provide my thoughts. However, weeks have passed and I still have not received a response. This lack of customer service is disappointing. I am shocked that they have not even bothered to reply to my email. It is truly unbelievable.

I waited about 10 minutes to receive my $10 meal, which was absolutely delicious. I don't know why I've been choosing Osmo's over Mr. Greek, which has been around for much longer. The customer service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely return.

I really didn’t want to leave this review but I’m left with no choice. I’ve ordered from here on UberEats many times because the food is good and this is the only decent Mr. Greek near my house however, the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. This restaurant has messed up my order on THIRTEEN separate occasions. It could be more, I’ve lost count at this point honestly. Either something in my order was wrong or the items were missing entirely. I even called the restaurant a couple months ago and told them the situation and politely requested that they get their act together. However today, yet again, something from my order is missing. I’m a very understanding person and messing up my order a couple times I can understand that. But THIRTEEN times?!?!? Whoever is packing the orders needs to be spoken to. This is absolutely ridiculous. They don’t even have a “special instructions” box on their UberEats store like other restaurants. I can’t even write in there to remind them not to screw up my order. I’m so frustrated.

All the meat options are very good, with a nice charred flavor and well seasoned (though some are a touch over salted) and the pita bread is surprisingly soft, delicious and served nice and hot if you dine in. But the potatoes and village salad were very bland and the village salad was far too oily. Portions are generous and service is attentive.

Decent food but the service was extremely slow. I understand that they are understaffed but it took almost 90 minutes for a simple meal.
