They misunderstand the grasp almost food. Mostly, up to 10-15 minutes have to wait for a simple order. 5/10 times her order will be wrong. always check their order before they leave. they calculate them for what they order then put differently in the less expensive...item in the pocket....(EX: order a teenburger and get a child's buddy burger.

When entering the restaurant there was a dozen or so flying, which circle around the order desk. I ordered a whistle dog, tweetle rings and a small root beer. the pfeifenhund was cold, didn't even seem to be boiled, the speck was underboiled and the cheese was not...melted the wobble rings were unconsistently coated with some loaded with salt. money and time. I'm not going back.

It must be a new management, service is painfully slow, order wrong, today my wife has a bag of onion ring crumbs. do not jog, tweeper without breaking on them, and crumb in the bottom of the pocket. unacceptable for the price they pay today....Do not want to be back.

Wrote a letter to the office no answer my eating sucking as well as everything was not great and this is not the first time, but it will be the last time I eat in this store.

Wife went to the Dub for a take out of 2 teens, 1 fries and 1 rings. Opened the bag at home and sure enough the rings were missing. Burgers were OK, hey its a Dub. Not worth going back to get the rings. Bill...was paid on bank card, e-banking shows the bill came to $22.04. I'm not pissed at the money or the server. Management has to step up here as missing item (s) identify poor training and that is a Management problem. Will I go back, probably, its a Dub. Will I check a take out bag, no I expect the server to be properly trained to do their job.
