Every time I come to this Dairy Queen they tell me that they don't have chicken strips and they have chicken strips on their menu board I think their employees are lazy

The food arrive 15 minutes later than it was supposed to so the food was Luke warm, the dipping sauce was spilled all over everything in the box, and I was missing one of the blizzards

We were so excited to have a Dairy Queen in our neighborhood. However, last night we waited well over 30 minutes for our blizzards. People who had come in after us were served, had eaten theirs and left before we even got our order. We had to go in and ask for them to make our order because they had apparently forgotten about it. We are very disappointed and will not be back to this location. We will drive farther for better service.

What is the point of ordering online when you have to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through for ice cream. There were two of us so one even went inside and that took even longer. Don't order food or drinks unless you have an hour to waste in line. It's also very clear this is not a one time issue as many people complain, but clearly management doesn't care.

This is what their large hot fudge sundae looks like. It doesn't even reach the top of the cup.
