Mcdonald's

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! From the cashier being rude and rolling to the manager throwing my food out the window and closing it fast without even apologizing to me for waiting more than 15 mins for a big Mac combo with no salt on the fries! And the fry station takes 3mins! And when I asked why was I waiting so long its like they got an attitude I don't think after spending almost $11 dollars that proper communication shouldn't be a force when it's suppose to be common customer services! Sandwich cold and still got a half boxed of fries with double salt seems like! My first time at this location and trust would be my last!

Very very rude shift leader or manager at 10:10 Am on Monday 03/25/2024- would ignore customers until suited her and then would act normal. Very low standards, hope this place fixes that. Will not have my family or my child eat here with her service no sir

Nice new McDs. After delivering our food, the server came back later and asked if everything was ok. Nice touch, keep up the good work.

I always have to pull around to building and wait and my fries are always old/cold but the burger is hot. Not

Not a huge fan of McDonald's, but when everything else is closed in the morning McDonald's works. The egg on my McMuffin was slimy and tasted not like an egg. I can't go through the drive thru so I end up waiting longer because drive through window takes priority.
