Bistro - Colva

L'endroit est assez exceptionnel dans un cadre élégant et romantique car le restaurant est entouré d'un plan d'eau. Nous avons dégusté une sélection de spécialités indiennes raffinée : un vrai régal ! Les produits sont frais, d'excellente qualités...une succession de saveur, épicés de façon bien maîtriser : on sent bien la présence de différents épices dans chaque plat mais pas trop.... le goût des aliments restent bien conservés et loin d'être dénaturer.

Excllent choice of vegetarian dishes and some of the best food that I ate in Goa. The service was fantastic and we were very well looked after.

Excellent fine dining Indian restaurant at the gorgeous Alila Diwa hotel. The ambiance and mood set by the layout of the venue makes you want to stay on and not quite leave ! Spice Studio is closest to the South wing Rooms of the hotel.

After a month of roughing it with my backpacker pals I booked and dragged them here for our last night in India! The hotel and restaurant are beautiful and serene. The menu may not be the same price you'd expect in any Indian restaurant.. but for the quality you get is superb! And my bill still came to around the same price as a meal to Wagamamas at home! Very special way to end our Indian trip and would recommend to anyone in Southern Goa. Only 4 stars because we were the only customers in the restaurant so the ambience was lacking. Also I would recommend having music playing!!! Felt a bit empty in such a large restaurant (although it really didn't matter to our party of 9)

Amazing place. We visited for a late night dinner. Love dthe variety and service. Nice ambience and good service.
