The white chocolate mocha is our favorite drink and the nice ladies who work here make it perfectly!

I am very disappointed! We ordered a 16oz Polar Bear Frappe, and she even repeated the order back to us. But when we received it, we were given a hot coffee instead. We informed her that we ordered a Frappe, but she insisted that we didn't. I pointed out that she had confirmed our order, but she denied it, claiming we ordered a breve with extra cream. She continued to argue with us, and at no point did she offer an apology. I mentioned that we had driven a long way, but her response was simply, "Okay, good," before she shut the window on us. While I can understand she may have been having a rough day, it's definitely no way to treat returning customers!

They really enjoy the coffee and the lady who works there!
