Texas Roadhouse - Columbus

Great service. The staff was pretty accommodating to keep us from waiting too long. I appreciated that. The food was delicious. Fries could have been a bit hotter, but it was ok. The only real issue was the restrooms were nasty. I almost walked right out.

The place was packed, but we were seated within ten minutes and the wait staff was great. The food was pretty long coming out, but reasonable considering the crowd. Everything was good and prepared as ordered. I would recommend this location.

The cooks are wonderful...our waitress Krei (not sure about spelling) did a great job...the nineteen year olds at the desk forgot we checked in twice!!!! I requested the manager (Amber, also nineteen) finally got the ten of us seated, initial nine chairs, I had to complain again to Amber to get additional table space....wasted a hour and raised my blood pressure unnecessarily. The General manager needs to train these young people or Not take off during peak hours!Update, Sunday afternoon my wife and I had lunch at the bar. Much better service and dining experience.

Review for the location 2970 N Lake Pkwy, Columbus, GA 31909 Sunday 4pm, Chaos is expected, but slowly began to notice that the grill cooks were drinking can beer in one hand , and attempting to grill steaks like at a home bbq. Display case was pretty empty, nothing to choose from. steaks food was just horrible. We all ordered Chicken fried steak- the batter was so salty, clumpy dark from old grease. The ENTIRE, waitstaff huddled around computer to input tickets. Looking really relaxed and could careless about how their location- how they looked so absolutely pitiful.Waste of money, and valuable time with my family.Sent the steak back , and still was horrible.
