Pizza Hut - Columbus

I decided after the last two times that my premium pizza I paid was replaced by a cheese pizza, even after the call to check the order. this place will turn off orders with cheese pizza to add the lower line. in no case did they make the same mistake twice in a row. I didn't deliver it.

Very friendly staff took my order for my birthday party, and went the extra mile to write a happy birthday message on the box! She also threw in a birthday cookie (which she had verified with me would be ok with allergic). so sweet! great customer service today!

An online order, got a call from a manager claimed that they were melted out, but that I was banned there because of a problem with a worker and an extended family member. I have nothing to do with their problem, just wanted a pizza. the manager said that she couldn't do anything about it, it was set so by higher ups.

The ordered riders from here as I from parsons ave pizza hut and a third of the frits in the same size container. they are 2.99 and I have the same amount of fries as mcdonald’s from the dollar menu. because it is weight (so they said) they will tilt the scale so that they can order less pommes, but they will benefit the same. very close.

We ordered fries to go with our pizzas. There were hardly any fries in the container! My husband was told that this is the normal amount because it’s done by weight. We’ve ordered from other locations and have received far more fries. When my husband asked for the fries back, they had to remake them because she “dropped them.”We won’t be ordering from this location again.
