Pizza Hut - Columbus

They tell you 15 minutes for take out but it's really 10 minutes

I have ordered delivery from this location for a while and food is always right and good. No issues there. My problem is the way they have their merchant services setup. They have suggested TIPs percentage but of the total amount which includes tax and delivery fee (not sure what that is). Tips should be a percentage of the product or subtotal and should never include a percentage of what we already pay in the other fees. I think that misleads employees into thinking they are not getting what they think is fair to them. But I tip well but it will be a percentage of the product when I do the math myself. Not sure what is a delivery fee for. It is not a tip.

The staff was super friendly. I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in years. However because the staff was so friendly and the order was prepared perfectly I’d visit this store again

This is so annoying, we asked for 2 pepperoni pizza and supreme original crust, one garlic butter sauce, and we got no sauce, and I asked the delivery person and she said “the sauces are in the bag” and we went inside and there was no sauce, and all the pizza was not cut throughly, like how hard is it to cut pizza and put sauce in a bag like this is outrageous

The southern hospitality here is refreshing. Love the young lady at the window .she is always smiling.My order is always right.my food is hot and fresh .
