Kfc - Columbus

This particular KFC I would not recommend the chicken I received tasted awful I would have returned it but was home.My husband had same experience with his order.If you are spending your hard earned you expect a certain standard the other K F C are O K.The owner should really take time to look into staff and preparation of food does nothing for reputation KFC has work so hard to maintain.

Got the chicken pot pie and there was only on chunk of chicken in it. Love their crust.

I should have known better. I 've had bad service from this store multiple times and I keep going back. No more. Today, there was no one in the store. No one in the drive thru. I place an order for three meals. First, the girl didn 't take my order at the window. She 'memorized ' the order and went to the drive thru register to record it. Still, she asked me to repeat each order . . . and still got it wrong. Two three piece boxes with two sides ended up being two pieces with one having one side and the other having two sides. The other meal was a five piece tender with two sides, we got one. This is not the first time I 've had issues with this store. The people are nice, just not competent. Avoid it.

Didn't buy anything there taken a fri there and he had to return it saying it wasn't fresh so they refry more when chicken fresh he said you can always smell

I am only giving you 1 star because I can’t leave less than 1 star. Every time I come in to this place they will never wait on you. They only wait on the customers they care to wait on. I waited in there for 5 to 10 minutes with no one waiting on me then someone walks in after and they wait right on them. The customer service here sucks and the food is never cooked when you go there. Always have to wait for them to cook it.
