Joe's Pizza - Columbus

I don't know why I hadn't thought to leave a review previously. However this is one of the best pizzerias in the city. Pizza is consistently good! I typically order pepperoni and sausage, extra cheese and/or the works pizza. Staff is always friendly(which is much appreciated as it seems like friendly service is a lost art at so many other establishments).

Ordered through Doordash, wrong food sent and missed a whole pizza. The lady who answered supposedly put us on hold but we could still hear her cussing and fussing. Called back because she would not reply to us. Ask for supervisor, got one lady,then back to original lady. She stated she could not pull us up so she would get back to us a later time. We were a bitconfused as we still needed our pizza. Owner got on stating he could not help us and that we had to call Doordash. And that weneeded to be quiet and let him speak. He was just really rude. Food we did get was soggy and nasty.

HORRIBLE!!! Everyone can't make Spaghetti let alone the Sauce but to open a can of Tomato Sauce and dilute it to pass it off such as not good then there's the Meatballs have cooked and salty!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

This evening I ordered a small pepperoni Pizza. U went to pick up my pizza the lady was looking for it n asked if I had light sauce said no n she gave me the wrong pizza. I asked if this was the right pizza before leaving n she said yes. I get home nosauce. I call back n there Rude as ever n hung up. They hung up on the wrong customer for sure

Was recommended to go here for subs, but I don't get the hype. Tried a meatball and Italian sub. The sauce for the meatball sub was like a can of tomato paste with sugar. Italian sub was fine, nothing bad about it but nothing notable either. Didn't trythe pizza but doesn't look great and hope it's not the meatball sub sauce on there.
