Brassica - Columbus

Brassica is my destination for great vegan food in Columbus. Once you have chosen falafel about chicken, most of their toppings sauces are vegan. Everything is not vegan characterized, but the staff is very well informed will show what is and is not vegan.

I love her falafelsalate! So many veggie options for blows and the falafel is so crispy and delicious!

I eat my bowl in like two seconds. Everything is super flavorful and the vegan options are bountiful.

The falafel sandwich was incredible. Lots of really good flavors and items that would be hard to find any where else. Side veggies was also very good. Deserves five stars but 4 is the max for restaurants that aren’t fully vegan or vegetarian. I will definitely be coming here every time I’m in town.
