Bojangles - Columbus

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I had heard great things about their pecan dessert but unfortunately they no longer make it. What a shame.

My order was incorrect for the second time, despite them repeating it back to me and confirming it was correct. It was frustrating to realize the mistake only after getting home.

The customer service here was outstanding! I was greeted when I walked through the front doors. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The food was hot and delicious. The fries were seasoned very well. They had some Halloween decorations throughout the place. It was also really clean. I will be coming back to this location.

Staff was very friendly and they do practice social distancing. The dining hours have been adjusted. There was only one other person doing inside dining. However, the drive through was more busy. There is handicap parking with a ramp. Mother had a ham biscuit which she loved. I had a chicken combo. Chicken was OK but the fries were cold and to salty. Only Pepsi products are offered. Pink lemonade was the only caffeine free soda.

I ordered a one piece meal. Breast, mash and gravy, and slaw. Slaw was put in box upside down and when picked up, top was not sealed, came open and slaw was dumped into the box on the chicken. The only piece of chicken I ordered was awful. It seemed to be old and recooked. Was not a good experience at all!
