Bojangles - Columbus

I went to the restaurant today, on Saturday, around 4 o'clock, and there was hardly any wait. My food was ready when I reached the window, and everything was correct. I am now sitting on my couch, eating the delicious food. The young lady at the drive-thru was also very polite and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!

I waited at the drive-thru speaker but no one ever came to take my order. I then moved to the window, but still no one came to help me. After calling them, they finally answered the phone, but the service was still terrible. Additionally, I witnessed employees smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at Bojangles.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. They closed the indoor seating area around 2pm, but we arrived with only 10 minutes to spare and they kindly allowed us to sit down and enjoy our meal. They also checked in to make sure everything was to our liking, making our experience very pleasant.

I got a chicken biscuit this morning and it had a bug in it. That's gross
