Arby's - Columbus

The drive was closed so we had to go to order. the floor in the lobby was tacky, as if he had not chopped one. some of the sprouts were empty. it was like no one who took care of the state of the restaurant. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. at least the food was ok

Worse experience. Staff was too busy entertaining themselves than working. From the moment I pulled up to order the guy just screamed inaudibly at me threw the intercom. When he finally did take my order he then preceded to make jokes about everything. He repeatedly went over my order with me. Like excessively clarifying what I wanted. He then told me my 3 sandwiches would be $55. Once I pulled up to the window I was met with hysterical laughter from two associates. They changed the amount I owed to a reasonable price. Then when I finally received my order. Even after the excessive clarifying, it was wrong.

I would never buy at that place again just thinking about that day makes me want to puke. Last week I had taste for Arby’s everyone knows how good Arby’s are. I purchased a Cheddar cheese with curly fries meal. I opened the wrapper it contain a huge flat piece of meat I bit into it it was gross and horrible the fries was nasty after one bite I spit it out and through the whole meal away just kept the drink. I don’t know what they were serving but that location sucks!!!!!!

Pulled up at 9pm on a Friday night, employees had all the lights off so anyone driving by would think they were closed. Tried to order two shakes, the employee over the drive thru speaker was rude and continued to talk over me before I finally drove away and just went to a different arbys. Definitely not worth going to, I’ll drive the extra miles and skip this one from now on.

Anytime I come to this place the service is awful half the time they never even answer. I would not recommend going there.
