Oaxaca - Columbiana

Our table was brought a dirty bowl with old salsa crusted to the edges. When we got another bowl, the salsa was bland and the chips were not fresh. The waitress was fine, but I noticed that none of the staff members had an inviting presence. The menu was hard to navigate due to all of the text being the same font, size and sections weren't separated well. The food was decent but not okay enough to warrant a second visit.

I was in your restaurant about two weeks ago for the buffet. The food was great but service was horrible. Other than being seated waitress never once came to table, did not bus used plates,did not ask if drink needed a refill and the table I was seated at was not very clean. I will not be returning and will not recommend you to anyone I know. When I checked out at register she had the audacity to ask me if I needed my change.

We eat there almost every week. We travel out of state for work and often wait until we get home to eat at this place. We love the food and the staff.

My family ate here today and food is usually ok. But today when the waitress brought my daughter's plate it had gum stuck to the bottom of her plate. We told the waitress she took it back to the kitchen. It was not even a min and she was back with the same plate. They just took a napkin or something and got the gum off of the bottom of the plate then brought it back for my daughter to eat. We told the waitress that was really gross and she took it back. It wasn't even 3 mins she was back again with the same food but on what appeared to be a clean plate but same food. My daughter is only 10 but was so grossed out she couldn't even eat her food. We paid and left but we will never come back. If you will do that what else will you do??

Food was good portions are small for the price. Service was ok.
