Bidrage med feedbackI was just here to get food and the people behind the counter were illegally evil on customers. apparently they decided to close the lobby with me as the last customer. a few children went in and the guy goes out in the ground and says: "we got the lobby the bright out of my store kid "I thought he knew him and it was a sweat, but the child looked at me confused and asked if they really close. I said I guess. then he went to the counter to ask politely whether that was the case, and the guy behind just started hitting him. I'm really shocked. I cannot believe that this restaurant allows its employees to treat such people. I will not come back to this place I will not financially support a business that interacts with the public.
Order on the app and got the notification it was done while I was on the parking lot. I then go through the driveway to find my food just to find out my food they said was either not made or it was lost not safe..all within the 4 minutes of the time it told me was ready for picking up. I told myself it was originally finished at 8:09, and it is now 8:48 and I am still sitting here on my food, while several other cars went through and got their food.
Walked into the lobby at 5:50pm, it was scheduled to close at 6...no signs were up stating that. Ordered our food and waited for 30 minutes before someone asked if we needed help with anything. After requesting a refund to our card, the manager never re-swiped it to ensure we would actually have the money put back on. Worst service of any Taco Bell I have ever been to. Avoid this one as much as humanly possible.
The employees here are rude both to the staff and to each other, they cuss almost every other word, they are undertrained and I don't think I'm ever coming back to this location. I advise you do the same.Food: 2/5
So I understand how difficult it is to work in this environment and there are a lot of balls to keep in the air but the sheer carelessness that this Taco Bell demonstrates is truly egregious and I really hope it gets addressed soon. I have ordered from this store several times and each time they have made a significant error—either missing an entire item or, far worse, not adhering to substitutions. For me, a person with dietary requirements, this is a big deal. It means that my entire order was wasted when I got it home. I worry the staff may not be able to read orders as they come in?
