Sonic Drive-in - Columbia

Yesterday evening in the car thru window ordered at 19:15 o'clock, me and my man patiently waited over a 1/2 hour and finally nicely asked where our food was hoping with the food. he went about our car and delivered people behind us who came after us and other people of us. He never stopped asking us what our order was or whether they could check it. I asked to talk to the manager, they said they had not completed the order. we went out with food and they did nothing to make it really bad customer service. I called the sonic customer service line. do not go to this sonic in columbia, il

Nightmanship is a few Baboons obvious, sat forever waiting for my family food with no one else there. contaminated order, could not get that no one had to come back through the drive thru, guy had a setting to give me the right stuff. I got the whole food under boiled others then my 5 Yo?s children meal where the chicken was crispy and dark as it warmed/old again.

It was very busy when we were there at 7 p.m. to 8/7. Not sure if they were short served as anywhere else, but for a while only come out lukewarm...if I had to wait, I totally understand, but make sure that the food is hot then

Burger was ok and looks like the pictures on the menu. Tater darts were crispy, **** was cold and refreshing. Okay service and love able to order from car or outside food. I give an assessment of 3.3 out of 5.

Awesome speaker skills for the young lady that took our order. Not to often done anymore and should be appreciated!! Quick food and good customer service. ?
