Lakota Coffee Company Downtown

Barista made a great recommendation for my order. I would like to see a baked gluten free option though.

Lakota in the hospital got me through chemo and the following infusions for over a year. It was a treat I looked forward to when everything else about the hospital wasn’t so great. Their Valentine’s Day lavender Cubano espresso was a wonderful surprise and a new seasonal favorite. Their staff are kind and the roast is rich and delightful. I go to the Downtown Lakota also that’s where I met my husband but the hospital location will always be part of my surviving cancer.

Last time we came in we ordered food online to be ready when we got there and it was wrong and they got our drinks wrong. We have been coming to Lakota for a long time and maybe the employees were having a bad day. We will try again soon.

The girls working were super friendly and helpful!!!
