Bidrage med feedbackOverall, I have been going to this Chick fila for a few months and it has been better than others in Columbia. But this morning I was completely disappointed. I asked to add America cheese on my hash brown scramble but I guess this was too complicated. I stated 3 times to Connor and he said he understood. My fault for not checking bc the Sandhills Chick fila has failed this task before. It is not the kitchen faults bc the lid said no cheese. But to top it off I got unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. My recommendation to others is to check your order when changing up something.
I go once in a while to get a sandwich and the service is always great. They are friendly and the food is always good. I went through the drive-thru, she took my order, and I went around to the other side. There was no one in front of me or behind me. I waited 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. It wasn't a special order. It was just a basic chicken sandwich. There had to be at least 7 or 8 people I could see standing in the drive thru area (not outside). They asked me my name twice. I'm not sure what the confusion was because again there was no one in front or behind me. There was a lot of laughing and talking amongst the employees. That's not a problem. I think it was a little too many employees in the same area. I figured they were getting ready for a mad rush that hadn't happened yet. The usual wait time at Chick-fil-A is about 5 minutes. I had no problem waiting 10 minutes, but with that being said, my sandwich should have been piping hot. I'll go back to this Chick-fil-A again. It just wasn't the usual experience.
I'm vegetarian and didn't have many options other than a fruit bowl- I was with a church group so it wasn't my choice of stops, but everyone seemed pleased with their food so I'll give it an 8 out of 10
On Saturday July 6th I placed my order online. Once I arrived at the location I scanned the barcode and it said move forward. So of course I moved forward. Why did I sit in the line for over 30 mins . One of the young ladies finally asked about my order but never said anything. So I decided to check the app and my email. As I was sitting there in the line I watched the young ladies dance, talk, etc. Finally, I parked and went inside. What really irritated me more than anything was the manager who was so nonchalant. After asking the name on the account he stated they put your order back in . While standing the young ladies were smirking and giggling like it was funny. It was obvious that my order had been erased and they never made it. Instead of taking accountability for this I was given excuses. It was my fault for checking my order before I left. Either way I 'll drive to another location from now on. This isn 't the 1st time I 've had issues at this location with orders. Yes, the manager gave me to cards to receive free food. But, that wasn 't the issue. Take accountability for your actions, properly communicate with the customers, etc
I was on the mall and stop in for a shake I ordered the peach milkshake it was good the cashier was polite and friendly,and wasted no time fixing my order.i wish more places was as fast as chick fill a.
