Bidrage med feedbackHave you ever heard of a restaurant that specializes thin chicken running out of chicken? How about every day for almost a week? It’s even better when you only find out that they’re out of chicken after waiting for over 30 minutes. A perfect representation of dining at the University of South Carolina.
They threw my food away after I'd been waiting for AN HOUR. LITERALLY just because I'd gone to a seat (because I'd been waiting for an hour), they never called my name so when I went to ask, they said they'd just trashed it because they were too backed up and couldn't give me my food. Absolutely awful attitude as well.
The drive thru is a nightmare. The food was a bit old.
Don't bother ordering ahead. They won't make it until you check in in-person, at which point they will say it's ready immediately and not actually make it unless you go up and ask for it, which will take 40 minutes. Way too salty and chicken is chewy. EDIT: The staff is also rude.
Just another chick fill a but very crowded all the time. Long line and it takes a bit time to get your food. But, its inside the Russell House, so no waiting outside (airconditioned). Food quality is great!
