Buffalo Wild Wings - Columbia

Literally called an hour before closing told me they were not taking to go orders. Then I get there 32 minutes before closing and they have the audacity to tell me they are not taking any in orders only takeout…… so I was like OK put in the order just for them to come out and said no they pulled everything we’re not taking any orders……. Like if you were gonna close an hour early, you could’ve just told me. I’m not gonna lie. It was a little funny because I could tell the person who took my order knew that they were trying to close early and weren’t supposed to so she tried to take my order but the person in the back was like I done pulled everything and everything’s turned off. Just tell him we’re closed.

Second time in a row this location has been under satisfactory. First time I ordered wings over the phone the gentleman sounded annoyed like he did not want to take any orders at all. Like he was working there as community service. He was unprofessional and sounded like over the phone orders were an annoyance. When I arrived, the wings were burnt and small. Today, I decided to give this location one more chance… I placed an order for pickup EARLY in the morning, for a pickup time of 1100pm. I called at 1000pm to confirm my order will be ready at 1000pm and they said that it would be. I arrived at 1100pm and they had No idea who I was, or what my order was. As I sit here, 15 minutes passed my pickup time, I see a female worker vaping in the back and just chilling on her phone. They just told me they are just now starting on the order. I placed this order at 11am for a 11pm pickup. Confirmed at 10pm that if be okay to pickup at 11pm. This location is a joke.

The BWW near me closed. This was a wonderful experience! The wings were great and the service was great. I don't care to watch MMA fights while I eat, but so be it.

Without fail, everytime i order from this place they rob me of my side. i pay extra for a side and i never get it, then its such a hassle for redelivery because instead of speaking w the company you have to deal w doordash who is completely clueless. not worth it.

The small group in front of us was seated right away, then after several minutes a different hostess came and told us it would be 25 minutes to be seated. There were many open tables and many with trash on them. They told the group in front of us that the outdoor section was closed because they didn't have staff out there. They must be severely understaffed or it was a bad night, but this seems to be a familiar theme here. They did not seem to care about their patrons. This place used to be well managed, but this might be the last time I give them a try.
